The monthly scheduled Health Check is the core service of the Active Care Storage System. It comprises a comprehensive review of your stored vehicle both inside and out.
At the end of the Health Check, a Vehicle Report plus associated photographs will be sent to you either via email or in the mail which will detail the results. You can see an example of this Monthly Vehicle Report by clicking here.
Our inspection starts with the exterior of the vehicle which is compared to the previous months report. We look for any paint issues, chrome issues, cracks, degradation of materials, tire condition, tire air pressure, and any other exterior features. We also check under the vehicle for leaks or anything else of note.
Next we check the interior of the vehicle, including the engine bay, front seat areas, back seat areas, headliner, dash, consoles and trunk space.
We then proceed to check any relevant fluids, including oil, coolant, transmission, power steering, fuel and washer fluids.
At this time, we then perform other activities for the vehicle such as the Vehicle Start Up & Exercise services. These additional activities will also be noted in the report.
Included in the report will be images of all the inspected areas described, plus additional images detailing any noted issues. Recommendations for service or other courses of action will also be included.
